Training:

Training and up-gradation of knowledge has always been a continuous endeavour, whether it is an in-house or external requirement. Experienced doctors and senior transcriptionists coach the candidates about the finer aspects of transcription.

A training batch of 20 candidates is continuously undertaken at the company premises to cater the in-house requirements, with modern support facilities like projectors, online tests, online library etc.

The course is designed as per quality requirements in the US and the average time taken per batch is four months.

The existing employees are provided with refresher course to upgrade their skills and update them with the contemporary issues in the field.
